Geeta Zaildar is a famous Punjabi cultural singer in the Punjabi Music World. At the time he is the role model of Punjabi youngsters. He was born in a small village of Doaba Named 'Garhi Mahan Singh' (Jalandhar) in a Jatt farmer family in the home of S. Jagir Singh and Smt. Gian Kaur. He got the basic education from Govt. High School Garhi Mahan Singh. He used to sing the songs of Gurdas Mann, Kuldeep Manak and many more Punjabi cultural singers that time. He also participated in the Bhangra Competitions and Sung the 'Bolian'. After competed graduation he moved permanently to Canada. In between he met to Ustad Janab Shamshad Ali who is doing job as a Music Professor in the Amardeep Shergill Memorial College Mukandpur. Geeta Zaildar got professional music knowledge from him for many years. After getting 13-14 years music education he starts his professional carrier with album 'Dil di rani' which released in 2006. He has recorded over 6 high quality professional albums. His song 'Siti mar ke bulouno hat ja' brought him to international attention in the Punjabi music listeners . 'Kania', 'Heart Beat', 'Sair', 'Pakian Kandhan', 'Ranjhe' like Geeta Zaildar's song has the rank of memorable songs.
He also has the god gifted art of Acting. In 2012 he accepted the offer as a hero in Punjabi film 'Pinki Moge Wali' from the 'Batra Show Biz' film production. Beside the singing and acting he is also a renowned Lyrics writer. He wrote more than 50 songs and mostly sung by himself. He made his name in the society by sung his own lyrics.
